Move away from ConnectSDK

I was thinking that a may be better to remove the dependency on ConnectSDK and only support Google Cast for the Android app, since ConnectSDK has been abandoned by LG.

Possibly, or build something that does the same but only sending the video. ConnectSDK has support for so many things that we do not need. And it relies on legacy apache http in Android. And it seems that it has a lot of trouble detecting the devices too

There was a previous implementation in this code, but it was replaced by connectsdk in
https://github.com/popcorn-official/popcorn-android/commit/5b2663b3d19cca1877e320af0b5832b42966e002 but I can’t see why

No not really, it’s still using the legacy http client.
